1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of botlearnlab.com, operated as Bot Learn Lab and the AI & Robotics Learning Lab. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What the service provides

The site provides lessons, quizzes, project guides, code examples, comparisons, tool listings, and downloadable educational resources about artificial intelligence, programming, electronics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and robotics. Features and content may be corrected, replaced, restricted, or removed as the publication develops.

The current service does not provide visitor accounts, paid subscriptions, personal tutoring, certification, or guaranteed access to third-party AI products.

3. Educational information and verification

Content is provided for general education. It is not legal, medical, financial, cybersecurity, electrical-engineering, or other professional advice. Technology changes quickly, and code, prices, model access, hardware revisions, commands, and compatibility can change after an article is reviewed.

You are responsible for checking current primary documentation and testing in an appropriate environment. AI-generated or AI-assisted material can contain plausible errors. A published explanation, model output, quiz, or code sample is not a guarantee of accuracy, fitness, or results.

4. Hardware and project safety

Follow manufacturer documentation, power limits, wiring diagrams, local rules, and every project safety note. Disconnect power before changing a circuit. Use beginner-safe low voltage, suitable protective components, and adult or qualified supervision where appropriate.

Do not adapt projects to mains electricity, unsafe batteries, weapons, vehicles carrying people, medical devices, life-safety systems, security-critical access controls, or other hazardous equipment. Stop if parts become hot, damaged, unstable, or behave unexpectedly. You accept responsibility for deciding whether you have the equipment, skill, supervision, and environment needed for a project.

5. Responsible use

You may use the site for lawful learning, teaching, and project development. You may not intentionally disrupt the service, bypass access controls, distribute malware, misuse downloads, impersonate others, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the material to harm people, property, or systems.

Students remain responsible for following school rules and academic-integrity requirements. Using AI to produce work does not transfer responsibility for checking it or obtaining permission to submit it.

6. Content, code, and third-party rights

Unless a page states otherwise, original site text, design, branding, and curated materials belong to Bot Learn Lab and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may read, link to, and use the lessons and code examples for personal, classroom, and non-commercial learning. You may adapt code examples for your own projects, but you must preserve any license or attribution supplied with third-party material.

Provider names, logos, documentation, linked articles, supplied documents, open-source software, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may use separate licenses. Inclusion does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the applicable license.

7. External services

Links and directory listings lead to independent websites and AI services. Bot Learn Lab does not control their availability, output, security, prices, subscriptions, age limits, privacy practices, or commercial-use terms. Listings are descriptive educational references, not endorsements, rankings, warranties, or promises of free access. Review the provider's current terms before use.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may correct factual, safety, copyright, or security problems at any time. Links and downloads may stop working when third parties change their services.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We make no warranty that every explanation, output, project, download, or external service will be accurate, safe, available, or suitable for your purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bot Learn Lab is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from use of the site, reliance on its content, third-party services, or attempted hardware and software projects. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Updates, severability, and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Applicable mandatory laws remain in effect regardless of these terms.
