1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Bot Learn Lab operates the AI & Robotics Learning Lab at botlearnlab.com. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the website, use its lessons and tools directory, preview or download resources, or contact us about the site.

2. Information handled when you visit

Information you provide

The current website does not ask you to create an account or submit personal information through a form. If you email us, we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to include. Do not send passwords, private keys, confidential school or workplace records, or sensitive personal information.

Technical request information

Netlify hosts the website. Like most hosting services, it may process request and security information such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested page, referring page, and request date and time. This information is used to deliver the site, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

Actions that remain in your browser

Search terms and filters in the lesson, resource, and AI-tool directories are handled in your browser for the current page session. Copying a resource uses your browser's clipboard feature only after you press the copy button. We do not attach these actions to a visitor profile.

3. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The current production site does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include a third-party analytics SDK. We do not use behavioral advertising or sell visitor profiles. Essential hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information as described above.

If we later add accounts, analytics, a newsletter, advertising, or another feature that changes these practices, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choices required before using the feature.

5. Service providers and disclosure

Netlify provides website hosting and delivery. Cloudflare provides domain registration and DNS services. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy information. Read the Netlify Privacy Statement and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate the site, investigate security incidents, protect rights and safety, or comply with a valid legal requirement.

6. External links and AI tools

The site links to AI providers, documentation, learning resources, and other third-party websites. Following a link takes you to a service with its own data practices. Review that service's privacy policy, age requirements, pricing, and upload rules before providing information or content. A listing is not an endorsement and does not mean Bot Learn Lab receives data you submit to that provider.

7. Retention and security

We keep direct correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to answer it, maintain records, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. Hosting and security logs are retained according to the service provider's systems and our available settings. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Hosting infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. Those locations may have different data-protection rules.

8. Children and students

The lessons are designed to be useful to learners, including teenagers, but the website is not designed to collect personal information from children. Younger learners should use the site with a parent, guardian, or educator and should not send personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, restrict, or delete personal information. Because the current site has no visitor accounts or site analytics, we may hold little or no information that identifies you beyond correspondence you initiate and limited hosting records. We may need enough information to verify and respond to a request.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the site or its legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be presented clearly on the website.
