Refund Policy
Effective October 3, 2026 · Last updated October 3, 2026
Paid enrollment is not active yet. When checkout launches, the price, currency, taxes, course access and this refund policy will be shown before payment. Paddle will process the transaction as merchant of record.
1. Your legal rights come first
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, withdrawal or other consumer right that cannot legally be limited. The rules that apply may depend on your country, whether you are buying as a consumer or business, and whether you have already started using digital course content.
Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms apply to purchases processed by Paddle. If those terms provide greater or mandatory rights, those rights apply.
2. When to ask for a refund
You may request a refund when required by applicable law, when paid access is not delivered within a reasonable time, when a serious technical fault prevents access and cannot be fixed, or when the purchased course materially differs from the description shown at checkout.
Unless applicable law or Paddle's policy requires otherwise, a change of mind after substantially accessing, streaming, downloading or benefiting from digital course content may not qualify for a refund. Every request is reviewed fairly using the transaction record, access problem and applicable consumer rules.
3. Request a refund
Use Paddle Buyer Support and enter the email used at checkout plus the transaction or order number from your receipt. Never send us your full card number, security code, password or government identification.
Paddle receives the request and payment record. Bot Learn Lab may receive the minimum order, contact and reason information needed to investigate course delivery and respond. Payment-card details remain with the payment provider.
4. What happens next
Paddle or Bot Learn Lab may ask for limited information needed to identify the purchase and understand the problem. If a refund is approved, Paddle returns it to the original payment method when possible. Bank and payment-network processing times can vary.
Course access associated with a fully refunded purchase may be removed after the refund. A partial refund may leave access unchanged unless the resolution says otherwise.
5. Fraud, duplicate payments and chargebacks
Report an unrecognized or duplicate payment promptly through Paddle Buyer Support. Do not submit false information or abuse the refund process. Contacting support first is usually the fastest way to correct a genuine billing problem, but this does not remove any right to contact your bank or payment provider.
6. Accessible help
If the refund process is inaccessible because of a disability, use the privacy and accessibility request form and select “Other privacy question.” Do not include payment-card details. We will provide a reasonable alternative where possible.
Refund decisions will not discriminate on the basis of disability or another protected characteristic.
