# Team Evaluation Rubric

Score each category from 1–5 using evidence. A total average cannot hide a critical weak category. The team must not approve final work if any critical category scores below 3.

## Score Meaning

| Score | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| 1 | Unusable or unverified; major requirement/risk ignored |
| 2 | Important gaps; evidence weak; substantial revision required |
| 3 | Meets minimum acceptance with documented limitations |
| 4 | Strong, independently verified, recoverable, and well documented |
| 5 | Exceptional evidence, resilience, clarity, and reusable quality |

## Decision

- **Approve:** all critical categories ≥3, no critical defect, required approvals recorded, and acceptance criteria pass.
- **Conditional:** only noncritical gaps remain with owners and deadlines; human accepts the conditions.
- **Reject/Revise:** any critical category <3, evidence absent, or unresolved unclear positioning threatens the result.
