Use this as the final release and handoff gate. A checked item needs evidence: a test result, review record, working demo, document, monitoring view, or approved exception.

## Product

- [ ] Architecture and code match documented responsibilities and naming.
- [ ] Setup works from a clean supported environment.
- [ ] Formatting, lint, type, unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end checks pass as applicable.
- [ ] No known secret, debug-only bypass, placeholder credential, or production-data fixture remains.
- [ ] Dependencies are necessary, supported, version-constrained, and license-reviewed.
- [ ] Performance and compatibility budgets pass.

## Data, API, Security, and Recovery

- [ ] Data ownership, validation, lifecycle, retention, export, deletion, migration, backup, and restore are implemented or correctly marked N/A.
- [ ] Interfaces match documentation and handle invalid, unauthorized, duplicate, rate-limited, timed-out, and unavailable cases.
- [ ] Server-side contact validation is verified.
- [ ] Rate limiting and bot protection is verified.
- [ ] Safe HTML rendering is verified.
- [ ] Security headers is verified.
- [ ] Least-data analytics is verified.
- [ ] Risk tests cover unclear positioning, oversized media, broken mobile navigation, forms that silently fail, missing page titles and alt text.
- [ ] Logs, metrics, analytics, and crash reports exclude prohibited sensitive data.
- [ ] Incident, recovery, and rollback responsibilities are assigned.

## Release and Handoff

- [ ] Preview/staging acceptance and production smoke tests pass.
- [ ] Deployment follows: static hosting or a managed web platform with HTTPS, preview deployments, domain records, redirect rules, and a rollback path.
- [ ] Monitoring, alerts, costs, quotas, backups, support, and feedback collection are active.
- [ ] README, environment reference, architecture, API/data docs, test instructions, deployment, rollback, and runbook are current.
- [ ] The final completion report lists changed files, evidence, known limitations, unrun checks, and next version.
- [ ] A named owner accepted the handoff and knows how to operate and recover the system.
