When the user gives a rough prompt, improve it without changing the core idea.

## Workflow
1. Identify the target AI: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Codex, or unknown.
2. Preserve the user intent.
3. Add missing context, requirements, constraints, output format, and success criteria.
4. Choose the best style for the target AI.

## AI-Specific Rules
- ChatGPT: Use role, goal, context, requirements, output format, and quality check. Strong for PRDs, prompt improvement, planning, writing, tutoring, and debugging.
- Gemini: Use concise direct instructions, label large context clearly, and place the final question after the context. Strong for large-context, media, Google AI Studio, and structured extraction.
- Claude: Use objective, context, success criteria, constraints, examples, and XML-style sections when useful. Strong for PRDs, long-form writing, careful reasoning, and codebase planning.
